Students in Foundation are age 8 by August 31st.

Foundation students begin the building process of understanding the basics of ballet technique in the structure of a traditional ballet class format. Working two hands to the barre in order to learn correct stance, proper turn out of legs, muscle memory, and foot articulation; students build a strong foundation that will support their continued development of correct technique.

Students in Foundation can participate in the Youth Ballet's production of a New England Nutcracker.
